Identity Forfeit part 2

Part 2:

You cannot have stolen from you again, what was stolen from you already.

Your identity, that is, your self-ownership of your identity and how you wish to be known by others is usually not an option we are raised to appropriate for ourselves.  Instead, we were given a name by our parents, which would have been sufficient, that we might have accepted freely- and in fact many do... but today, coercion is involved.

As soon as your name was tied to a Government ID, for tax deductions, or any other reason, your name was mud.  It became worthless.  It's value is forfeit.  Therefore, today when someone uses "your identity" they are using a Government ID that has been assigned to you retroactively as your birth ID.  You were born with a number.  Your name, according to the government, is only valid if there is a Government number assigned with it.

At one time, it was possible to have a name without a number, but today this is so difficult, as to be impossible.  Because of this, the only way to re-gain 100% self-ownership, is to ASSUME A NEW IDENTITY.   This identity is not a newly registered Government Name / ID combination, it is not simply telling the State you wish to have a new name with your SSN.  It is a name, a private name, that the state has no record of- with respect to you as a person.

For this reason, Private Identities must be protected from GOVERNMENT first, and all other threats second.

In the case of your currently assigned Government ID, what cannot be stolen within the law, may be freely given away.  Start doing transactions using other names and government IDs of self-owning individuals willing to freely give you limited use and access of their Government IDs, for specific purposes.  Do not use the same Government ID more than once for any transaction, and work to establish as many as 1000 different transactions by others on your own credit report and IDs, while you freely use IDs voluntarily shared with you.

This is the opposite of Identity Theft.  Someone is of their own free will, permitting you to use their ID, namely their Social Security Number to accomplish  a transaction.  The reports gathered on your number, including credit, location, travel, and other records, become meaningless for the purpose of invasion of your privacy or tracking by government spooks.

Let's create the system.  It is Libertarian: First Do No Harm.

Identity Theft as described, is unreal.

Part 1:
One cannot fall victim again to identity theft, when they continue to operate under an identity that was already in forfeit.

An identity in forfeit is any identity that has been assigned to a Government ID such as a Social Security Number, Drivers License, etc.

Prior to the assignment of this number, and before your reputation could be sullied, you had a Good Name.  Your ownership of this name retained its value for as long as you conducted your affairs above reproach.  However, the United States government now expects Mothers and Fathers (especially those who have already forfeited their good names by getting a government number) to immediately forfeit the name they are about to assign to their newborn child.  They spend a few months prior to the birth thinking of babay names, maybe they even think of using their government name as a basis- such as junior, the third, etc.

So before the baby, c-sectioned by force in a government hospital, can even leave the hospital, a piece of paper has been filled out and is sent to the government and a government ID is assigned according to the Birth Certificate.  This Government ID creates a new Subject of the State, a servant, and destroys the Individual rights of the child before they have been exercised by them in their own life as they mature.

The national debt of the country is divided across all its subjects, those with government IDs that voluntarily pay tribute to the state.  When a baby is born it is a slave, it has debt in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars (as of 2010, but this is expected to get much worse).

Other subjects who attempt to raise their children in the way they see fit, such as home schooling or other non-state-sanctioned forms of education and child rearing, find out quickly what truancy means, and then something called Child Protective Services...

The state has coercively been given this child and it will not give it back willingly- the child, since it has escaped the womb (its first unfortunate act of aggression against the state- AWOL), it must be filled with state sanctioned education, state sanctioned history and  information.  It must be ready by the time it is 18, to die for the state, and be made to feel proud to do so.

It has formed its own "identity" within the coercive State, over against any protest from its parents who protest.
